Before I started my blogging journey I had my concerns. The first was ”what’s the benefit to my business?” and the second – and the most worrying – was ”can I spend twenty minutes each week putting together some points?” …
Once my part has been done and I’ve sent my words by email, the rest is up to the sblogit.com editorial team who are responsible for editing and maintaining this blog. And they are very good at it.
Having looked at my overall visitor stats from when that blog post was first published, I had a daily average of a massive 15 views; now one year later, my daily average is about 500 views! That’s a phenomenal rate of visitor growth for my blog!I shall always remember one of the first blog posts I published. All I sent through was 6 bullet points and the title, then a couple of hours later the blog “How Safe Are Your Appliances” was edited and ready for publication.
Personally, my original apprehension has firmly been laid to rest! I spend 20 minutes each week putting together the relevant points and then sit back and wait for the sblogit.com editors to work their magic. If you want to have a business blog (and why wouldn’t you?) you cannot go far wrong than by working with Steffi Lewis and her team at sblogit.com.
Steffi has a fantastic attitude when it comes to customer service, so couple that with her editing skills, the ever growing sblogit.com profile in the UK and, of course, Steffi’s other clients (we’re known as the Sblogerati – good hey?) and I have been able to improve my own business profile dramatically in the social media world.
All I can say is that I wish that some of the businesses I have had to deal with over the past few weeks, would adopt similar ethics of customer service!
It was interesting that the client mentioned that I was the only company to make the effort to contact them to ask some questions before providing the quotation. The client said a resounding thank you, so maybe going that one step further means that I hopefully get the contract? We will see! FTS also has a good reputation when it comes to customer service. Even last week, I had an enquiry for PAT testing at a school via our website. I contacted the potential client to ask a few questions based on the new code of practice and even the potential to arrange a site inspection before I was prepared to send a quotation.
Until next time …Are you looking for a company to carry out PAT Testing in line with the current code of practice then call us on 0330 6600264 or click here to ping over an email and let’s arrange a site inspection to provide you with a no obligation quotation.
